Based on new GDPR requirements effective 25 May 2018 this Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you contact me, or otherwise use my services through Wix.com, Etsy.com or their related sites and services. This includes when you purchase an item from me via my Etsy Shop site or externally from that system with a direct email or PayPal transaction.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data practices that I do not own or control, including website host Wix.com, Etsy.com, PayPal.com, You can view their Privacy Policies individually at the relevant websites.
Personal Information I Collect
To respond to your enquiry or fulfil an order you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorised Wix, Etsy or PayPal to give me) such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you're ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information in the case of a bespoke or custom order or if you have contacted me directly.
I use your information to process your order, to contact you in order to resolve billing or shipping issues, or to send you occasional e-mails with opt-out abilities.
For custom t-shirt orders (printed on demand), your name and postal address details are shared with my business partner located in Oregon, USA. A copy of their GDPR can be requested. These details are purely used to enable shipment of your order.
For the purpose of fulfilling your order and purchasing shipping labels, name and address information is provided to UK mail provider, Royal Mail. This information is also used for the purposes of chasing up any mail that may be lost or delayed.
Contact and order information is not actually stored by me. This is stored by my site host, WIX, and is available to me however long I choose to use their platform.
